DIANE PING- October 3rd, 2010
In the summer of 2010 I heard that Diane (TVOR) was coming to Toronto in the fall. I was excited as Diane is another Coronation Street fan that I had wanted to meet for a long time. Diane is really involved with Corrie online and I wanted to meet another fan that was a huge fan just like me.
On Oct. 3rd we had a 'casual ping' at the Goose & Firkin where Diane & her fiance Graham from Manchester attended. As everyone wanted to meet & catch up with Diane, we kept the ping small inviting only those that new her. We did not have any planned activities, just chatted and laughed.

I was very pleased to finally meet Diane, what a lovely lady. I'm really hoping one day I'll be able to attend one of the Downeast Streeters pings that Diane helps organize.
