MISSISSAUGA PING - JULY 18TH, 2009

The very first ping I had, my cousin Andrew from England, wife Sue and daughter's Louise & Amy attended.  They were back visiting in the summer of 2009 and I just had to show them how much our pings had grown and improved.
On July 18th, the day before Amy's 19th birthday we had a ping at the Failte Pub in Mississauga.  Unfortunately Sheila couldn't make it.  We had our usual trivia, games and even had our Corrie gift exchange at this one.  Fans bring a wrapped British/Corrie themed gift and go home with another gift brought by someone else.  You never know what you'll end up with.  We were also celebrating 5 years of having pings!

To celebrate 5years of organizing pings, Faith presented us with a bottle of wine, a card signed by everyone and said some very nice words.  I was very touched.

We really enjoy organizing them and hope to continue for many years.
